「The single room was comfortable, clean and pleasant. It had tea making facilities, a hair drier and iron. The en suite was of a good size and private. The only draw back was the shower - it had little water pressure and the shower hose was a poor fit. I had a key to a separate entrance which gave me freedom to avoid the bar and flexibility to come and go.」

「The hotel is well located. I stayed in the annexe room at the rear of the building accessed through a small yard at the back. Recently decorated the room was clean, warm and surprisingly quiet. Bed was very comfortable, and a very spacious bathroom with nice thick towels. My only criticism would be that there is a strong smell of new carpet in the bedroom 」

「Stayed here just for the night for work and what a lovely cosy place! The host had left me a breakfast bag & in the room there was plenty of Yorkshire Tea, biscuits and treats. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot too! Felt very welcome, would definitely recommend it. 」

「One night stay en route to Whitby 2 rooms booked. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and shown to our rooms. Rooms were very spacious and clean and had all we required. We went down to the bar for food and drinks the food was very good and enjoyed by the three of us. We enjoyed the evening with the locals and our host who made us all feel very welcome. 「Everything was perfect for us , not far to walk to sea front / high street shops , we didn’t have the breakfast at the property as not always early risers , we would definitely stay here again , a lot of places in Scarborough don’t have their own parking or if they do there’s extra charge and with hubby having mobility scooter the parking was essential for us .A big Thankyou to the lovely hosts , keep on doing what your doing , fantastic 👏」
