「The home is absolutely gorgeous! The location is perfect and the host is very kind, offers his services as your concierge and means it! We contacted him frequently to review our plans and recommendations from someone who is a local. He never steered us wrong. The entire family had a great time and we are already planning for another stay in York and will certainly book this beautiful home. Trust me it’s even nicer than the pictures suggest.」

「This is a wonderful place to get away. The views are good. A storm came by but only made for choppy waves rather than worries of the ocean coming up to the house. I was chilled at entry only as they were trusting the heating system to come up to snuff quickly and it was just short of instantaneous! 「The house is in a very quiet, secluded area, yet close to York village. We loved the deck and all the outside amenities. The house is very well stocked with anything you could possibly want. Linens are provided, but you will have to make the beds upon arrival. Also, the TV in the living room wasn't working that well, and we didn't try the other TVs.」

「Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is huge if you were in the mood to eat in. The location is very convenient to rtes 1 & 1A and 95. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed watching everyone walk their dogs! My favorite part was hearing the harbor bell. Things I wish I'd been aware of ahead of time caused a few issues for our more senior and less mobile guests - outside stairs are uneven and no railings, inside stairs have a tight turn at the top.
