"The property itself was wonderful. The cabins were spacious and had a great view of Mt. Fuji. Everything seemed to be well taken care of, and the staff were friendly and accomodation, helping us find and schedule a taxi service to the Fuji-san station on our very early morning trip back to Tokyo. I will say (to no fault of the hotel) that the transportation in the area is very lacking. There are little to no drivers on the Uber or GO apps. "Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"We booked the barrel suana cabin, it was a cute little cabin with an outdoor bath tub and wood fired sauna. All the staff were so professional, polite and friendly especially ishigawa and keiko. We are definitely coming back on our next trip to Japan. This place is a little piece of heaven . I recommend booking the private hot springs and suana. My compliments to all the staff , management and owner. EXCELLENT!!!!!"

"We’re a group of 7 adults and 6 children ages 0-8 yrs old. We stayed there for 2 nights with no intention of exploring other places. So we were just there to cozy up for Christmas with the family. "This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!"

"After staying in Tokyo this place was amazing for our family because of the space alone! The property is around an 8min walk from the end of the Hakone Pass cablecar and the ropeway connection. It rained most of our stay but there is a nice outdoor table set and a lot of japanese anime comics (in Japanese) in a lovely takana room with bean bags. Kitchen is well stocked except i couldnt find a knife but theres a lot of plates, bowls etc etc. The bathtub was amazing on the cold days. Would def...
