We spent a weekend here to get away from the rain in Seattle and do a little hiking and brewery hopping. This location is right downtown near the convention center and other major hotels, and there is a brewery and coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was spacious and basically brand new inside, with a well stocked kitchen. Very unique in that it is inside a renovated old church. During our stay it was almost completely silent inside, no noise from other tenants or traffic. The central heating worked well and the bedding was comfortable.
One note I will make is that this is a second floor unit, and there is no elevator, and three security keypad doors to go through to get to the unit. So if you have trouble with stairs, or a lot of heavy luggage this could be an issue. Also, no reflection on this property at all, but I was surprised at the level of vacant storefronts, homelessness, and open drug use in downtown. So we didn’t wander around much after dark.
