"i have an absolutely wonderful stay in Kunming Intercontinental. The staffs are very helpful, especially Stacy Chen and Enzo, they helped me at 8pm to get my Skype working for my meeting at 9pm. They helped me plan my stay in Kunming and I got to visit all the interesting spots in Kunming. "Grand Hyatt has a distinctive design to its architecture. Service from Suzanna was excellent. However, when we booked the guestroom, we used the AI Chat to enquire about a rollaway bed and was informed that it’d be inclusive in the room rate. It was not!! When we brought this up, front desk disclaimed it without even checking. Such miscommunications would not have happened if we were talking to a human and not a chatbot. It wasn’t a good experience. I think Hotels.com should take responsibility...
