「We absolutely loved our vacation and stay with villa owner Eric. We were greeted by owner and his son from tasty nomads who catered our first nights meal. It was a stunning array of Mexican fare. Followed by a delicious seafood paella prepared for us on Christmas Day. The villa is gorgeous and it’s proximity to the beach was a real treat. There are endless adventures to be had in the area. 「I highly recommend Casa Azanik. We had a party of 7 family members, but we could have accommodated so many more. The booking process was extremely efficient, and the concierge helped us book shuttles and activities. The manager and the daily caretakers helped us navigate Akumal wonderfully. 「Just got back from our week long stay at this house and there is nothing bad to say, its all amazing. Everything is as described, the house is on one of the better sections of beach with good snorkeling out front. Plenty of shade or sun, whichever you prefer. Pancho and Mercedes kept the place spotless and Mercedes food was fantastic. The pool was also a great configuration for our non swimmer 3 year old. 「Beautiful property and nice, quiet neighborhood. For such a beautiful home, I would have expected some basics like cleaning supplies, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, also salt/pepper, oils for cooking, etc. The water was not safe drinking water and purifier made it taste salinated and terrible. Also, showers need to be cleaned better as they are full of mold. Pool needed to be cleaned and the nearby gym equipment was all broken. The only thing is it’s 3 floors and it’s stairs all the way up and the beds in the second floor bedroom aren’t very comfortable. The king on third floor was good though. The roof top deck was nice.
