「We were recently displaced from our home for several weeks due to the Pacific Palisades wildfire. We decided to go to the Marina del Rey area, as it was far enough from the fires that air quality might be better. This apartment was perfect for us - husband, teen daughter and small dog. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was adequate (I did bring my own knives and a couple of higher quality pans), and we enjoyed having laundry available. 「We did not stay at this location during March 14-16th . The host called us on Friday the day of our check in & said there was a plumbing issue & we could not use the place . It was a huge inconvenience to try & find another hotel at the last minute .We were invited to book a property by the host in a completely different area at an extra 100 fee so my family all thought we had been scammed . 」

The neighborhood has everything you need within an easy walk. The beach and pier are a few blocks away. The businesses are very pet friendly and all of the business operators were outgoing and welcoming. Every restaurant we tried was good and there was something for everyone, even with our wide variety of dietary preferences....
