Welcome to our freshly remodeled studio in Chula Vista, Wisconsin Dells! Enjoy two cozy queen beds, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. Conveniently located on the first floor, this privately owned and managed studio is in the heart of vacation country, close to all the exciting attractions. Perfect for a solo escape or a couple's retreat, experience comfort in one of Wisconsin's premier destinations.

This condo is privately owned and not associated with Chula Vista resorts. There are no amenities included from the resort (water park/golf). However, you can still purchase those separately from the front counter and enjoy a fully updated condo to give you a unique experience in Wisconsin Dells while still enjoying the features of the location.

Step inside to find a beautifully updated living space featuring two inviting queen beds, ideal for a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. The living space is equipped with a smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or enjoying a movie night.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Whether you're brewing your morning coffee or cooking a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

The full bathroom is stylishly designed and includes all the necessary amenities, ensuring a refreshing start to your day or a relaxing end to your evening.

Located in the heart of vacation country, our condo is just a stone's throw away from all the attractions that make Wisconsin Dells a beloved destination. From thrilling water parks and scenic boat tours to unique shops and delicious dining options, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Please note that we do not provide any water park passes. However, you can purchase them at the Chula Vista front counter. During your stay, you will have complimentary access to the pool and lazy river, as well as the sandy area and pavilion located in front of the main building.

Relaxing Getaway...
We were more than pleased with our stay at Studio on the Green!!! The owners were very attentive and answered any questions we had during our stay. The room was just as it was described and the beds were the most comfortable ones we have slept in. The grounds were well taken care of. Overall the unit was quiet and the staff were all very nice.We traveled with our dog and found the location to be very pet friendly. We will definitely be coming back!!

Best Villa experience I have ever had
The space is newly remodeled and decorated beautifully. Extremely clean and had super comfortable mattress, bedding and pillows. The location was absolutely perfect. The owners were super helpful and easy to get ahold of. I also loved all of the small touches they added. There were board games, first aid pouches and other small gestures left to ensure we had everything we needed and more to have a fantastic stay. I for sure will be seeking out this specific rental again.

Great location in The Dells
The room was just "as advertised" very clean and updated. Kitchen was great for cooking a quick breakfast and storing leftovers from the day. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect area to walk the dog just outside the patio door. The hosts were very responsive. We did the "original" Duck Boat tour and the Upper Dells Tour and truly enjoyed the experience. But the highlight of our trip was definitely "The house on the rock" ! (about 1.5 hour drive) I cannot even begin to explain that place, you must see it. Bring good walking shoes and at least 3-4 hours.
