Welcome to your home away from home! This recently remodeled condo is artsy and fun like all of the nearby walkable excitement surrounding you in downtown Winston-Salem.

This entire condo is located on the 1st floor of a historic building in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. Take an early morning stroll to enjoy the tranquility it the water feature at the Winston square park and Amphitheater, catch an evening performance at the other side of the park at the Hanesbrand Theater, or head around the forner and take a class that fits your schedule at the Sawtooth School for Visual Arts. The activities don’t end there- you are just steps away from 4th Street’s Stevens Center, a/perture Cinema, Camino Bakery, Canteen Still Life, Mellow Mushroom, Young Cardinal Cafe, and so many more bars and restaurants that are there for you to explore.

Great central location to downtown. Walking distance to a lot of things. Very clean. Owner responds super quickly. Would definitely stay here again
