Overall, it was an enjoyable three day vacation. I chose the Marriott and was more than willing to pay the extra money because I expected better overall accommodations, etc. The room that I had at your property in Wrightsville Beach.. had issues… I understand you need to be a member of Bonvoy. I believe it’s called to get the faster Internet. But the guest Internet was woefully inadequate with slow speeds. I informed the staff and again they were very polite good people, but never rectified the scenario. The first night no TV and finally someone did come to the room and rectified that scenario. Now; are those issues that bad?…. and I could give you a few others. But no, those are not horrific things but when you spend $500 for a three day, stay you expect high-speed Internet and next to no issues, we had to wait for towels. The excuse that I was given is everybody had quit the week before over some sort of drama , I’m being honest with you folks for this because I honestly believe it helps you to find your properties and rectify where there’s problems. I want no one at the property to have any problems. They were polite, but I should not have encountered what I encountered.
Another kinda biggie. I was asked about housekeeping services if I wanted them daily, I said yes, they never did the room. Thank God I was by the ocean and it made me forget.
