The Green Goat Retreat is minutes away from the ARK and 40 minutes to the Creation Museum! This home has everything that you need to enjoy your time while staying in Williamstown. Centrally located between Cincinnati, OH and Lexington, KY. This 3-bedroom 2 full bathroom home is perfect for your group of 7! 1 bathroom is on the main level and the other bathroom is in the basement off of the game room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to enjoy a cooked meal. Spend quality time with family in the Game Room! Enjoy the comforts in your home away from home. The game room and the 2nd full bath are on the lower level of the home.

This house was perfect for my family of four. The house was very clean and had everything you would need as if you were at your own home. 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, big screen tv and the basement had air hockey, foosball and ping pong. My grandkids loved the basement! The owners provided all the coffee products you needed, some water in the fridge and a bunch of snacks as a welcoming gift. Along with bath towels and kitchen ware. And the house is 2 miles from The Arc Encounter! I highly recommend staying here. But bring your own food to eat or cook because there are not any grocery stores nearby or really good family restaurants that we tried. The house is 5 star!! 😎 August 15, 2024

This property was extremely clean and looked like pictures. Owner had added nice touch with personally written note and snacks for us to enjoy. If you are going to Ark Encounter, it is literally down the road from home. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and if we are in the area, I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here, the home was clean and inviting, location was convenient to every thing, the children enjoyed the playroom and the snacks. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to the Ark
We enjoyed our stay! The house was small but had everything we needed for our family of 7. The game room was especially fun for the kids after long days at the Creation Museum and Ark. The decor was cute and colorful. There is no dishwasher but that lended to another "fun" opportunity for the kids 😆 We especially appreciated the abundance of towels and basket of snacks.

This is a beautiful house and a peaceful neighborhood. Every amenety you could want or need was provided. We will be back to stay if we are in the area again!
