Very comfortable and clean!
We had a great two night stay while visiting Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. The condo was very clean, plenty of space for us all, nice furnishing and comfortable recliners too! Such nice goodies left for us like chips, chocolate, coffee and shower gel. A few laundry pod and dishwasher pods made thing simple too. Comfortable beds and overall a great visit!

Cleanest VRBO Ever
This place was immaculate. I almost felt bad touching anything because all furnishings/towels/etc. was perfectly placed. This was by far the cleanest VRBO we've stayed at.

Really enjoyed our stay
First impression: very clean, much bigger than we thought based on the pictures, great location. Right around the corner from Busch Gardens and a few minutes from downtown. Owner was thoughtful enough to have treats waiting for our two Yorkies. She was also very responsive whenever the need to reach out arose. Kingsmill itself was very nice. We had a great trip. If we come back again we would love to stay here a second time. Five stars.

Perfect!
Loved our stay! Conveniently located in a quiet community; hosts have provided everything to make the condo feel like home. Condo is spacious and laid out in a way that families can comfortably spread out and relax after a long day out together. Host was always quick to respond to all messages before, during, and after our stay, including letting us know my daughter left a stuffy and allowing us to retrieve it before we left the area. Thank you!!

Peaceful retreat
My family was looking for a non-hotel option where we could relax and re-charge in between events during a busy weekend. This condo worked very well for us. Although resort amenities are not included, we were able to take walks around the lovely property each day. The condo itself is older but was clean and comfortable, with a lot of thoughtful touches like places to charge devices, nice linens and towels, snacks, coffee and creamer, and enough paper products / garbage bags / dishwasher pods / etc. to last our whole three day stay. Everything in Williamsburg is pretty close by so having to go through the gate and drive through the resort each time we went out was not a big deal. Lee Anne offered us early check in and late check out which was much appreciated.

Our new base for visiting Williamsburg
We loved our stay at this property. My family routinely visits williamsburg and we normally stay in one of the numerous hotels in the area. I think we will do things differently now. The property is just outside the entry road to Busch Gardens and was very convenient. Everything was better than the pictures, and i would certainly stay again!

Relaxing Getaway
My family and I had a perfect stay at this condo. We were so impressed with the kindness that was given to us and the comfortable accommodations at this condo. Seems older from the outside but is almost brand new inside. Spacious and has everything we needed for our stay! Host was fantastic and communicated well! Looking to head back soon!

A hassle
Nice place, not worth the hassle of being charged extra money for clean up of wet towels??? A dish in the sink? A garbage can to empty. Isn't that routine general cleaning service.

Wonderful Month in Williamsburg
This was our third year renting in Kingsmill for a month and by far the best unit and host to date. The host left no details out which made the stay more enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bath & bed linens were plush. From great cookware to smart TVs to a very clean, well organized unit made this a wonderful stay. We would take the unit for two months next year but another happy, pleased couple already rented the condo. Lee Ann was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with when there were questions. Hoping to be able to rent again in the future.

Family Christmas
Excellent experience. Everything worked out great for us and our family. First Christmas in years we were able to share time together. Our family comes from South Dakota, and two seperate locations in Virginia. Great weather for the most part although I didn't get to golf! Being able to have my daughter and son-in-law's two dogs at the condo was icing on the cake. Will definitely look at coming back to the area and the condo in the future. Thanks, Jerry

BEAUTIFUL CONDO IN AN AMAZING LOCATION!
We just stayed at this beautiful condo for a four day stay and could not have asked for a better time and location. The condo was nicely appointed with beautiful furnishings and the owner Lee Anne provided everything you would need to make your stay more comfortable. We will definitely stay here again for a future visit.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Beautiful, quiet property that has been well maintained. We were extremely impressed with the generous conveniences the host provided (we were even left treats and a dog toy for our dog!). The property was very clean and communication with the host was prompt and clear. It was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids age 2 and under. Bonus points that two pack and plays fit easily in the bedroom with double beds! We would recommend this property to everyone!

No complaints at all! Condo was very clean. Decorated beautifully. Owner went out of her way to make sure everything was good for us. If we return to Kingsmill I hope we are able to stay at the same condo.

Amazing first VRBO stay
This condo was beautiful, well stocked, perfectly located and everything we wanted for our weekend stay. From the luxurious towels, to the thoughtful amenities (and candy cane Hershey kisses!), my family’s stay was perfect. Everything was spotless. Pictures don’t do it justice! We aren’t sure if we will ever be able to stay in a hotel again! And the communication with Leann was great. Thoughtful and helpful. We will be back here next time we’re in town.
