「I only stayed for one night out of the 6 that I booked. I just couldn’t stay there due to the condition of the place. The place was not clean, the inside of the fridge was dirty, the bed linen did not smell or look clean and the unit did not have many of things they had listed as being included with the rental. It is located in a safe area close to many restaurants. 」

「The condo felt very secure - both the building and underground parking. The condo was spacious, clean and quiet. Being a new condo, the appliances were brand new and in good working order. It had a good view of the downtown. It was close to the transit and the mall. The beds were comfortable and the other furnishings were adequate. The owner was very flexible allowing an early check in because of our early arrival. Overall an excellent property. My only issue was communication before...

「This is a cozy, clean and modern studio with separate dedicated bathroom in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's just about 10 minutes away from the main shopping and eating areas in Richmond. It's upstairs of the owners garage. They were quick to respond when we pointed out that the microwave was missing. Unless you put up the Murphy bed there isn't a lot of space to move around, but it's adequate for a short stay. 」

「The accommodation was spacious and tasteful, in a nice location, set back from the road. But we only had an average nights sleep; there was noise especially at odd hours, and floor creaking from above.」

「Hade a good stay, host was easy to get ahold of and provided great information for entering the premises. Overall the place is on the older side with some not great carpet, but was reasonably clean. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the pillows were small with only one per person. The floor is also not soundproofed and you can hear walking ext very easily. But considering the price we considered these worth the trade off. Lots of easy parking, easy access close to skytrain, overall...
