Nice hotel close to Olympic plaza
We visited to Whistler for participating in IRONMAN. This hotel is close to the venue and very comfortable.

The location is nice, but there is something annoy
The location is very good in Whistler Village, but the location is in a very good location, but I stayed at 3 / 13-15 3rd in the No. 1 room on the 1st floor of the hotel entrance side, but stayed at the hotel opposite the first night for the first night I think that it is a dog of the person, but can not sleep barking in the middle of the night, the second night was drunk and there was a person who was making noise and was annoyed and could not sleep. Since the bet making is once in 3 days, we did not clean up, sheets, towels, garbage disposal until we got home, the price was reasonable room rate, I think that it is not bad, but consider the style to stay.

ビレッジ内にありながら静かで過ごしやすいホテル
長期で滞在しても過ごしやすく、フロントに日本人スタッフがいるので何でも相談しやすいです。お部屋には暖炉があって暖かな気持ちで寛げました。各バス停やゴンドラにも近いのでゴルフやスキーも気楽に出来ます。ランドリーの台数が充実していて待たされる事などもありません。エクスペディアで予約をすればコスパも良いです！

Mountainside Lodge is located within easy walking distance to the ski lifts as well as easy access to dining and shops in the village. The rooms had great storage for a long term stay and it was very handy having the kitchen to cook meals. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a decent place to stay. Good, but not great. The building is old and definitely needs some updating, eg. carpets and the exercise room. You need all of memorized numerical codes (which change periodically), RFID wrist bands, and combination lock to open doors and lockers. Would be so much more convenient if this was all consolidated on one RFID card like in so many hotels/resorts. The garage roof is very low and the entrance way narrow. Clearly built in a different era. One very slow elevator. Rooms are cozy and kitchen well equipped. The Murphy bed is not the most comfortable or convenient. Pillows seem overly soft for my liking. On the plus side location is excellent, extremely close to Whistler Gondola, shops, rental stores. Staff reasonably helpful with varying degrees of interpersonal skills.

The staff was amazing. I was impressed with how nice the room was, especially the sauna in the bedroom! I hit that after the hot tub. I will definitely be returning. I receptionist, on my way out on Thursday was absolutely the most helpful person on this trip! She was so helpful! Thank you guys.

The loft room had a private jacuzzi which was so convenient after a day of skiing. staff were friendly and helpful. The lodge was easy walking distance to the center but also off a bit so noise is minimal.

Great location except for loud music from the base area. The staff were all courteous and helpful but the evening staff didn’t know if we could leave skis to be picked up to ship home while the morning staff said they did it all the time and would be happy to assist. Bedroom lights and jacuzzi tub did not work until staff came and turned on a hidden circuit breaker. It would have been useful to know at checking or by instructions in the room.

Everything about the hotel and the unit was great. The location is excellent, very close to the gondolas and heart of Whistler Village! The staff, especially the front desk team, were very friendly, efficient, and helpful! The major drawback was the noise level. Our unit was over the Sundial Place street and Blackcomb Way. Those roads stayed very busy and very loud essentially all day and all night. That was the only drawback. It wasn't nearly enough problem to discourage us from returning though. Overall, a great hotel and another great visit to Whistler.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Room in a good condition. Sauna was a plus. The only thing is that there were visible open space between A/C and the wall (you could see outside) and so the cold air was coming in, had to close it with towels to avoid getting cold at night, but that fireplace did help.
