「I booked the stay at White Cottage for my wife, Anne, as she was visiting from Australia and needed a location close to her family in Wombourne. She was delighted with the friendliness of Jackie & Rob who made her feel completely "at home". The room had everything that she needed and the breakfasts were superb. The added extras were very much appreciated too. Hopefully, we can both stay there next year when we are back in the UK. Anne highly recommends White Cottage for a stay in the Midlands.」

「Beautiful grounds around the hotel. Room was very nice and bed very comfy. Lots of parking available too. Bar service was good and quick. Few downsides to the hotel though. Not really anything around it and the prices in the hotel are very high. Also, whilst waiting to check in, the receptionists were discussing other guests and called one of the a ‘pain in the ass’ before acknowledging we were waiting to check in which is highly inappropriate.」

「Most positive aspect of the hotel was the staff who were outstanding in every area of the hotel including reception, bar and restaurant. The rooms were a bit dated but in good condition, mattress was not the best. Food quality was good and both food and drink decent value. The location is really nice with a lake at the front and a canal to the back. Overall very pleased and would certainly stay again.」

「The food was very good on the evening. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. Dog friendly」

「1階がパブで、真上2階の部屋でした。 チェックイン/アウトはパブのカウンターでした。 部屋は広め。夕方パブが賑わっており部屋に音が聞こえてはいましたが そんなに気になるレベルではなかったと思います。 パブが終わればとても静かでした。 宿の人の対応は良かったです。」

「The room was amazing as was the service. Had a brilliant night with most our time spent in the beer garden. The staff were great and very friendly. Only qualm was waking up in the night with the room roasting. Nothing an open window couldn't fix. Would definitely come black again!」

「When we checked in, discovered the booking was for room only. Sure I'd booked for breakfasts as well. Sorted by the hotel easily enough, but more hassle. 」
