「I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. 」

「Loved all. Staff and facility perfect for my needs. Had heart testing to be done at Hamot Hospital. I've recommend Courtyard to everyone I talked to at Hamot to use the Courtyard when needing overnight stay. I would never stay at another Hotel in Erie, Pa. Food was also outstanding! Absolutely no negatives!!!」

「Check in was smooth. Had to wait a few times at the desk for someone to come to help us with towels and such. We had no hot water 1 morning out of 3 but they had it fixed with in an hour and all was ok. All in all wasnt a bad stay for the price. We would stay there again. 」

"用事があって一泊しましたがそこらじゅうに髪の毛とかタオルに巻きついてたりとか清潔感がなかった。部屋は広かったけど全体的に古いし浴槽が剥がれていてお尻を擦りむいた。チェックインの時にタクシーの配車を頼んだが自分でやってくださいと言われた。しかも空港からめちゃくちゃ遠くて不便。ピッツバーグの空港まで58ドル"
