「Good staff」

「Overall our stay was VERY pleasant. Friendly fast service. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. We were super excited about the jetted tub in our room but VERY disappointed that the water NEVER got warm. We liked the decor of the balcony right off our room, overlooking the pool but the noise level was mildly annoying. 」

「This was a haven for me after a week w my family! So peaceful and quiet. The bed was comfy with nice fluffy pillows. I appreciated the space to spread out when really I just needed a bed for the nite. Lots of parking. Right off the highway with many restaurants and shops nearby. Went to a fantastic Mexican restaurant in nearby la grange. I will stay here again!」

「They have a cookout area, a nice place to enjoy being outside and relax. The rooms could use at least one more electrical outlet. Makes it difficult to run microwave or charge phone. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I'm sure I'll call on them again 」

「We stayed for one night to take morning flight from Kalamazoo airport. The room was clean and spacious, with friendly staff. The only thing we were not happy about is that the room was freezing cold when we arrived. The bed felt like left in snow. It took several hours before the room was finally warmed up a bit. It could have been better if they at least turned on the heat before we arrived...」
