「Price was good. Property is a bit run down. Lighting was bad and surfaces had not been cleaned including the table and floors. Staff were very helpful and the beds were very clean. New pillows are needed. We kept our shoes on. 」

「This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a clean, no frills place to stay. The upgrades are nice and really create a comfortable space. The location was perfect for us to visit our Syracuse student and also to venture into Skaneateles. The owner provides lots of thoughtful extras that make you feel welcome and glad you came. Good old fashioned personal service which is refreshing in todays world. 」

「Stayed here with some friends for my wedding weekend. It was a great house, very convenient location.」

「EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is.」
