ACCOMMODATION PRICING:
**IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING GUEST FEES**:
For each guest you add to your reservation during booking that is beyond 10, there's an extra charge of $50 per day added into the rate. The availability of cottages depends on the total number of guests. For instance, if you have a total of 16 guests, you'll have access to the entire property, including both apartments, as you've paid for the additional 6 guests beyond the initial 10.
Access to the guest cottages is not included for parties with 10 or less guests, and they will remain locked unless specifically rented. If your party consists of less than 12 guests but you'd like to utilize the guest cottages, you can rent out either cottage at $100 per night per cottage.

In the laundry room, you will find a washer and dryer ready to tackle any laundry mountain.
To look your best, we provide hair dryers, irons, and ironing boards.

Parking: free on-site space, including RVs, boats, trailers, and an EV charging station.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.
- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.
Unfortunately, we don't allow pets at the house.
- Upon booking we require a signed renter's agreement and a copy of the booking guests drivers license that matches the credit card on file.
- Please remove your shoes when inside the house.
- The home is not pet-friendly.
