「I spent a long weekend at Joe’s rental and it was so nice to come home to a clean, close place to rest and recharge after a few nights at Red Rocks! Stepping into the basement and getting out of the heat was amazing, the unit is exactly as described, and great communication with the host. Definitely recommend!」

「We had a one-night stay at this house when we traveled to Denver for a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. It is a nice, clean place that was just right for our three adult couples, and was only a short drive to the venue. It is located close to a main highway but it was a surprisingly quiet stay.」

「This was a fun experience! Great view of the city. Finding parking was a challenge, even though we did buy a spot in the garage, it was difficult to find the office to get into the apartment for the parking pass. "Mint House" is hard to find on the signs. Would be helpful if it were more clearly marked. Once we got inside, it was great though!」
