ムーディーメインへようこそ！ 新しく建設された1400平方フィートのオープンフロアプランの家は、休暇の思い出を作るのを待っています。 ルート1のビーチ側の望ましい場所にある家族やカップルに最適です。 ムーディービーチまで徒歩で半マイルの非常に静かな地区です。 オガンキットビーチまで徒歩わずか3/4マイルです。

また、徒歩5分で、トロリーに乗ってオガンキット、ウェルズビーチ、またはケネバンクまで行きます。 子供が自転車やスケートボードに乗ることは素晴らしいことです。ローラーブレードまたはただ歩く。

3軒のレストランから徒歩1/4マイルのところにあります。

1-ニューイングランドハウス-メインシーフードメニューのあるスポーツバーとパブ
2- Spinakers-大規模なシーフードなどを食べたり、取り出したりする

1階はオープンキッチンダイニングとリビングルームエリアです。 花崗岩のカウンタートップ、広々とした島、ケーブルテレビと無線LANを備えた55のテレビ、大聖堂の天井、クイーンサイズのベッドとフルバスルームを備えた2つのベッドルームを備えています。 また、洗濯機と乾燥機もあります。

2階は、クイーンサイズのベッドとフルバスルームを備えたマスタースイートです。 ソファとラブシートを備えたリビングエリアのあるロフトもあります。

外には、リラックスに最適なフロントデッキ、ガスグリル、完全な屋外シャワー、瞑想ガーデンエリアのあるサイドスペースがあります。

Great family get away spot
We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised, clean and owner allowed us to check in a little early. It was nice to have bedrooms and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs for our group. Easy walk or drive to beach and area amenities. Good off street parking. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need.

Amazing stay
The house was perfect for our family of five. It was well stocked with all the kitchen and bath essentials that you could need. The location could not have been better with any places to visit and shop at. With the beach just a short walk away, we had many beautiful sunrises to watch.

Beau séjour à Wells. Emplacement parfait, facile de marcher à la plage de Moody Beach, quartier paisible. La maison est grande, 3 belles chambres, parfait pour 6 adultes. Cuisine bien équipée. Je n’hésiterai pas à réserver à nouveau.

Great for family
Ideal place for family get away. Clean and full of needed amenities. Great location and excellent hosts who were very accommodating. Nice to have them close by. Walking distance to best beach in Maine. Note that closest beach access was limited in space however 1/2 mile more to a public beach with ample space and public restrooms! Awesome for walks and running!!

Nice Vacation
The house was as advertised, very welcoming and clean. Plenty of space for everyone and in a good location. Half mile walk to Moody beach access at the end of Bourne Ave which made for any easy walk. The setup of the house works well with kids as they can have their own space upstairs. House is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Wells area.

Easy check in, clean, had everything that we needed. Plenty of space for us, with a 23 yo daughter and 21 yo son and friend. Nice to have washer and dryer. Peaceful neighborhood. Thank you for a nice neighborhood.

Relaxing Stay
A mini reunion for 5 friends. The accommodations were wonderful and suited us just fine. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our comfort and enjoyment. The location is perfect! One minor suggestion would be to have hooks for towels in the upstairs bathroom. Other than that, we would definitely consider this rental for a return trip.
