「2月10日、11日と2泊させていただきましたが、明るい雰囲気とビーチから眺められる美しいサンセット、そしてフレンドリーなスタッフがたくさんいるホテル。ヨーロッパ冬の寒さを避けて日光浴のために長期滞在されている年輩の方が多く見られ、滞在中は日本人は私たちだけ。ゆったり過ごせました。特にスポーツセンターは、ほぼ貸し切り状態で、スタッフが卓球をやってくれたり、私たちのために特別にサンセットヨガも開催してくれました。国際色豊かなプールでのアクアビクスも楽しかったです。アーユルベーダトリートメントも受けましたが、雰囲気も良く、最高でした。食事も、毎回変わり、料金の割には美味しく、種類も多く、雰囲気の良いレストラン。コスパ最高のホテルです。」

「浴槽の汚さ。コップの汚さ。タオルも雑巾のようなボロボロのもの。浴槽もコップも本当に洗っているのでしょうか？ その他部屋の不備に対してのスタッフの対応の悪さ。不備に対し、謝りもせず部屋で待たせ、終いには放置されました。３日滞在しましたが、その後も何も言ってくることはなく、こちらももちろんその程度だと諦めました。酷いとしか言い様はありません。 全く5つ星ではないですよね。 二度と利用しませんし、誰にもお薦めしません、」
