Amazing location in one of DC's best neighborhoods! This studio apt is across the street from Eastern Market, 2 blocks from the metro and a short walk to the Capitol and many top attractions.

The apt is in the garden unit of our townhouse, with dedicated exterior access (not connected inside). The 3-bed main house is available separately (let us know if interested!)

This studio apartment has a high-end queen bed; kitchenette with stove, microwave, minifridge, disposal and cooking/dining basics; sitting area with TV and wifi; washer/dryer; and a bathroom with shower. The sofa folds down into a bed for an additional person and can be prepared with a foam mattress topper for extra comfort. A twin air mattress with foam mattress topper is also available if preferred over the futon. We also offer a pack ‘n play for families with small children.
