I'll start with the pros. The check in was super easy and went very smoothly. The house is in a great neighborhood. It is conveniently located to the DC night life, stores and attractions. It was no more than a 15 min drive to get to the museums, which was a major plus. The rooms were spacious and comfortably slept 9 people without feeling like we are on top of each other. For the cons, there a few. The 1st being is that none of the TV's worked past turning them on. None of the TV remotes with the exception of one, had batteries. Every time we would try to connect to Netflix, we would receive a error in regards to a internet connection (even though the WIFI connection was extremely strong). The blinds on the patio deck door were not appealing ( they were messed up). We could not keep our snacks out on the countertops due to ants crawling all over. The fan on top of the microwave was was not secured. I was hit in the face when opening the microwave. In my opinion, since there were 3 full bathrooms, there should have been an equal number of hot water tanks. Lastly and most importantly, was the heat. The day before our check out date, the heat appears to be shut off. We've increased the heat to 90 degrees, it did not come on. So on the last night everyone spent the night freezing our tales off. I believe this house has a lot of potential to be great with a few upgrades and amenities.
