Location is perfect for visits into DC via the Metro, free trolley rides to the waterfront to take a water taxi to Georgetown or the National Harbor, or to walk out your front door and experience all King Street has to offer you in Old Town Alexandria.

Perfect location
My dad and I really enjoyed the location on King Street - a short walk to many restaurants and bars and the Metro. The bedroom by King Street was a bit loud, but the other two rooms were not. A great place from which to explore Old Town Alexandria.

Great location nice house
Our family (myself, husband, and kids ages 13, 10, 8, 5, & 3) came to visit DC for a few days. This house fit us well and was a really short 2 block walk to the metro. There is also a rec center/school a block away with playgrounds, a big soccer field and basketball which was great to let the kids run around when we had time.
