「This has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed at and would happily go back and recommend to friends too. Lovely quiet location with all the facilities you could need and a great host. 」

「Super cottage that had everything you could need. Comfortable beds with great quality bedding (my pet hate is synthetic bedding) so I was happy. Great position for visiting the wonderful independent shops in Woodbridge and country walks.」

「Lovely cottage, super clean and everything you could imagine was provided. Kitchen was well equipped, and so was the bathroom with toiletries provided. Great that breakfast was provided too. Private garden with comfortable seating. Able to park outside for loading and unloading then moved to an off road car park just down the road. A great aqua sports centre is literally just down the road, we wished we had time for more, because there were so many activites we could have done there. The village...

「This property was basic but perfectly comfortable and in a stunning location! The lane to the property was very over geown and unfortunately my husbands car (which has low clearance) was unable to get down it. But the owner soon dorted an alternative for us. The neighbours ford focus had bo problems so i would say this wont be a problem for most! Access down to views over the estuary and walks from the house was great. No wifi but perfectly good signal for 4g - or a good excuse to go off grid....

「Everything was as listed….the log burner was an added feature which we were happy to use on rainy days. The location was really goid… Colchester close and historically very interesting. North of the city was Constable country… nice walks and interesting info on the artists. South we enjoyed Tiptree museum, and the Salt marshes for walking and photography. Ovreall it was everything we wished for “」

「We stayed with 4 adults and two well behaved dogs. The setting is beautiful and the grounds are maintained to a high standard. The decor throughout the home compliments the overall feel. As a warning to others need to be able to physically manage stairs with ease. The local area is packed with activities although most needed to be accessed by car. Did feel nervous about accessing walks as the cars that use the road can be quite speedy. Highly recommend this home and service from Charlie....

「It was a excellent stay, nice clean caravan perfect size for a couple or family of four. Just opposite club house, good if you don't mind a little noise till about 12, which we didn't mind at all. 」
