For your convenience, a deluxe-size washer and dryer are included, along with assigned parking right next to the condo. You’re just steps away from the property pool and recreation facilities, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the sunny surroundings.

We kindly ask that you review our pet policy: this property is not pet-friendly. If an unauthorized pet is found on the premises, we will request its removal and charge an additional non-refundable fee of $1,000.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a starter pack of essential items. Once you use the items included in the pack, you'll need to replenish your supplies. The starter pack contains:Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, 5 Laundry Pods, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, 5 Dishwasher Pods, 5 Kitchen Trash Bags, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 1 Sponge.

Parking Policy: We would like to inform you that our property includes one designated parking space, suitable for a single vehicle during your stay. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to hosting you!
