気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度
The hotel was closed. There was nobody. We waited there and we tried calling one nummer and nobody answered. We found another number on the hostel page and a guy answered. He gave us another number and the guy told us the hostel got closed on the day before and that Expedia shouldn't have let us book. He offered an accomodation for the night asking me to cancel the reservation and that he would call once he had found that accomodation. We didn't get any call so we had to find ourselves another place to sleep at 21.30 under the rain in a small croatian town. We were lucky and we found another accomodation for 30 euros.
I want a total refund and I would like to have some sort of "reward" for the damage of having gone through this mess because of them
