Entire Renovated Home w/ JEEP Wrangler, Near Town, Private

Spacious, modern, and privately situated home only 1.5 miles from downtown Vineyard Haven. Guests will have access to our 2018 4-door Jeep Wrangler (must sign a waiver). The house comes equipped with everything you will need to make this a your basecamp while visiting Martha’s Vineyard, including bed linens, beach chairs, towels, coolers, beach umbrellas, island maps, and more. The house is situated on 1.5 acres, so you'll enjoy nice privacy when relaxing at the house.

AMAZING All Around!
We arrived early and spent a few hours in the backyard until the cleaning crew was finished. The owner/property manager greeted us and instantly became a friend with the best advice on beaches, restaurants, stores, etc. The yard and landscaping are new and fresh. Lots of excavating was done to create a beautiful property. Plenty of room for ball games. The back patio has comfortable furniture and fire table. WIFI worked great inside and outside. The house has been completely renovated from head to toe. Very strong A/C throughout. Kitchen and bathrooms are super high end. Top notch sheets and towels. Quality TVs. Plenty of space for our family of 5 to eat, drink, binge shows and play cards. Felt like a 5 star hotel.

Excellent Experience
We loved staying at this house. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, beds/couches are very comfortable and it's stocked with just about anything you may need. We loved watching the Olympics on the huge big screen TV. I especially love the kitchen!! Mike is a superduper Host! He went above and beyond are expectations. He was very accommodating and checked in with us almost daily. He has a fabulous restaurant too! Food is delicious! We were also able to go to a private beach. Thanks, Mike! We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely stay at this property again if we go back to Martha's Vineyard.

The house was impecable and the owner, Mike went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Mike was always available to answer questions and made amazing recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely be back. We had a wonderful time!!!

Amazing Island Escape
Me, my wife and 3 kids stayed in this property and fell in love with the island. The location is well situated between many of the towns we wanted to visit, a perfect sanctuary at the end of the day to come home and relax. The property is beautiful, the pictures don’t do justice to the landscaping and outdoor spaces. The use of the keep was amazing, it’s perfect for getting around the island and fit a family of family comfortably. The property had everything we needed, included beach equipment and outdoor games. Mike is a great host, provided tons of helpful information while we were visiting. Highly recommend this property and host and look forward to another visit to Martha’s Vineyard soon
