「Property was good. AC worked great. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. We had parking inside the property which was great for loading and off-loading. Smart TV worked well. The gate offers security but sometimes it takes a couple of minutes to get in. There is a broken sink in the Master Bathroom. Beware and careful not to cut yourself. The place needs an exterminator, there were little roaches 🪳 constantly. The strong smell of sargaso and the Marina may be too much or a detergent...

「We started our stay during the New Years Eve blackout but we were able to make the best of the situation by spending time in the beautiful outdoors and at the nearby beaches. Power was restored after a day, but the plant that supplied the water was not restored. Communication was amazing with the owners as they arranged to have water brought in to the cistern so we were able to have running water. They were very responsive the entire vacation. 「We loved our time in Vieques and Simona’s place was a great base for our trip, well equipped and comfortable. We were able to check in early as soon as our morning ferry arrived and really appreciated the flexibility. Communication was great and always clear. Recommend getting a taxi from the ferry terminal if you have bags, especially on a hot day!」
