「Rooms were very nice and spacious with comfortable beds, nice linens and nice furniture. Something must have been wrong with the hot water, however, because it took 5 minutes before it came....we notified the front desk. Breakfast was ok with sausage, scrambled eggs, etc, but waffle maker was broken and coffee was terrible...really need to do better with the coffee! Overall for the money it was a good value and would stay there again.」

「Check in was smooth, hotel is clean & the breakfast was delicious with many options. The staff at breakfast were very friendly. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub as we were not there too long. But if ever in the area I would for sure choose this hotel again. 」

「This is an old hotel in need of some serious upgrades. Our first room had a tv that did not get a signal so we were moved. Other than that that room was fine. The next room they put us in was ok. It had two fewer lamps than the first room. One outlet was not secured to the box but it worked. The room smelled nice and the AC worked good. The breakfast was way under par. However for the price and location this place hit the mark. $70 verses the others at $135 and above was a plus. If you want a...

「チェックイン時、Hotels.comで予約したクレジットカード番号が違うと言われました。同サイトに登録したカードを提示したにも関わらず。。。予約した禁煙ルームは２階でしたが、１階は喫煙ルームエリアらしく廊下にもタバコの臭いが充満していて通り抜けるだけで不快でした。なぜ喫煙ルームエリアを最上階である３階にしていないのか疑問です。部屋は一見良さげでしたが、バスルームに置かれたタオルの上に蜘蛛が這っていました。ドライヤーホルダーがしっかり固定されていない、エアコンの音が思いのほか大きいなど気になる点がいくつかありました。正直良い印象は残念ながら残りませんでした。」

「I was initially going to cancel because there was a flood warning for the Ohio River that blew up in the days leading to my visit. I called Harrah's three times in the days leading up to the visit and they confirmed they were open and no concerns. Upon arrival, I was told they were closing the property at 5pm the next day so we needed to leave promptly with no extensions. The casino itself does not open until 8am on Sundays and is generally very small.」
