Their “24 hour” front desk staff are often not present. When checking in at 8:45pm, I spent 25 minutes searching the ground floor, knocking on random doors, messaging, emailing, and calling to try and get someone to attend the front desk. The worker had clearly been sleeping in a back room. She then left me personal information on an unattended front desk and returned to her sleeping spot (nowhere near the desk). Two mornings later at 7:00am, I went to the lobby to find someone who had been locked out of her room without her phone, who was unable to find any front desk staff to let her back in. Luckily, I knew their hiding spot from my check-in experience, so I went there, and unsurprisingly, there was a different sleeping staff member. Upon checkout at 8:30am, there was again no staff. This time the sleeping spot was only attended by cleaning staff, who took my key and said “you’re checked out”. All in all, very poor and frustrating customer experience.
