「I have stayed in many properties around Viareggio for work over the past 2 years. I would stay here again. Very clean, everything must have been recently renovated because it's all like new. Internet not great anywhere but living room/bedroom. Nice back patio. Convenient to everything in Viareggio city proper with grocery store and butcher near by. Steps from the beach and promenade. great communication with managers.」

「L'appartamento è nuovo e con un grande giardino. C'è tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno, anche lettino e seggiolone per i bambini. Vicino al centro di Viareggio.Consigliato. 」

「The location is perfect. The bakery downstairs is excellent. The Conad Grocery around the corner is very convenient! Anne is a great host. The flat is clean and has everything you need. Beds usually comfortable! Wi-Fi is relatively slow DSL, but you can stream Netflix on an iPad just fine. We enjoyed or stay in Cinque Terra/Tuscany using this apartment has a home base. 」

「Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar für einen Vorrat an Mülltüten war gesorgt. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Auch alles in den Schränken war top sauber und konnte bedenkenlos benutzt werden, das haben wir schon anders erlebt. Die Sonnenterrasse ist riesig und bietet viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Tania und ihr Mann Maurizio waren jederzeit erreichbar und immer sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend, das war...

「Property itself was ultra clean and the staff were amazing. The building is a little dated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season」
