The studio apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning. Towels, bed linen and a complete house manual are provided. There is also the possibility of using a washing machine.
In addition, an habitable terrace located on the ground floor with an adjoining garden is offered, immersed in the peace and tranquillity of the house, for a pleasant and regenerating holiday.

The studio apartment is located in the centre of Favaro Veneto, just a few minutes' walk from the bus and tram stops to Venice, Marco Polo Airport and Mestre Railway Station. Public transport is available from early morning to late evening.
Within a few minutes' walk it is possible to reach supermarkets, grocery shops and restaurants, the health district and the green spaces of this residential but strategically-located neighbourhood.
Furthermore, in a short car trip (and also by public transport) it is possible to reach famous places of interest such as Padua, Treviso, the Prosecco Hills, Verona, the Dolomites and much more: just ask the owners for advice!
Following the current tourism regulations in force in Italy, and specifically in the Venice area, at the time of check-in guests will be asked to:
- sign a simple short-term rental contract that will report exactly the same conditions present in the advertisement on this portal: the facsimile will be sent in advance for viewing upon confirmation of the reservation;
- show ID for registration in the State Police's Lodging Portal (also for minors) (Art.109 TULPS);
