「Very comfortable and modern hotel by Livigno standards. It is truly ski-in ski-out, right next to the ski lifts at the ski resort. Regarding the negative points, the bar and restaurant had few staff members, who were sometimes in a bad mood, and the service was slow.」

「Posizione ottima sia per il centro storico che per gli spostamenti ( Livigno, Tirano). Camera pulita adatta per chi ha un cagnolino. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Colazione favolosa: oltre al ricchissimo buffet dalla carta c’ è un ampia scelta tutto compreso nel prezzo della colazione. Hotel ben addobbato per passare le feste di Natale.Ritorneremo sicuramente se capita l’occasione.」

「Genzianella is one of the best hotels I've ever stay. It's very chic but not too modern. It provides a perfect setting for those who like stylish interior decollation with warm and cozy atmosphere. It's also not too big, and we could ask questions or get help when needed. One unique thing to add is its fresh smell of pine tree once stepping into the hotel. It made us relax after skiing whole day in the Alps. The restaurant is also very popular and very good food. It is definitely recommended!!」
