「My adult children and I spent the night on short notice as we were moving. The service was friendly amd the room was clean and stocked. There were a few minor damaged areas, but they did not affect the functionality of the room. The beds were comfortable and a microwave and minifridge were available. The price was right. I would stay again.」

「It has been awhile since I’ve stayed at motel 6. Close to 15 years. I had made a reservation for nonsmoking king. After I was checked in, I didn’t realize that hotel did not have an elevator and was given a room on the 2nd floor. Being that I recently had surgery, climbing stairs was not an option for me. The desk clerk was asked if they could place me in a room on the first floor. Immediately the desk clerk tried to say they didn’t have any rooms and they were full. After it was asked how could...

「Despite me calling ahead, property would not allow my dog until I began to argue. They literally said that if I wanted to bring a dog I shouldn't have booked the room through Expedia. When they relented, they would only provide a room with a single bed, even though I had reserved a room with two beds. And on top of all this, the room was absolutely filthy. So much so, that we didn't even stay for the 2nd of our two nights there.」
