「Great location in Valparaiso. It’s an old house with high ceilings. The room we stayed was a bit small. That was no napkin, shampoo or conditioner. But the this.staff were very polite and helpful. We had breakfast at the Terrance, and the view was great! 」

「There is a night club (Woo Club) at the diagonal front of the hotel. They have roof top dance floor, so at the night time (say from 10pm till 4am) terribly noisy by the club music. You'll have sleepless night by the noise polution. P.S. Door lock didn't work well. I had to insert the card key 10-15 times every time when I go into my room.」

「Cheap. Dirty. Bed full of ants. Good location. This is a step up from a hostel. Location is good for historical district. Room is dirty (e.g., little white specs on the bathroom walls from other people’s tooth brushing - ewwww!). Staff are OK. Tiny ants everywhere. In the bed. Biting.」
