「The house was absolutely spotless and Margalida was very welcoming upon arrival, helping with our luggage. Even had a beautiful fruit platter and Cava waiting. Throughout the stay if we needed anything from her she was immediately responsive & even helped us to book taxis when needed. 「Rosa was a gracious host. Communication was great. Super helpful when I asked questions. The villa was spotless. The owner even gave us a bottle wine, water and huge bowl of oranges and lemons. The driveway up to the house is very steep. But that’s typical of the area. Get a small car and pack light. We shopped in Palma before we got to the house. That said, the grocery store in town was well stocked that we did not need to do that. We lived our stay and would love to return to Mallorca some...

「Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Finca Can Rovey. Die Finca liegt ungefähr im Zentrum der Insel und etwa drei Kilometer entfernt vom Stadtzentrum Inca. Sie liegt abseits von allem Trubel und man hat komplett seine Ruhe. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasserpool, der Außenbereich ist sauber und gepflegt. 「Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, jedoch mietet man nicht, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, ein Haus, sonden nur eine geräumige Wohnung in einem Haus mit Aussenanlage und einem schönem Pool. Das Haus wird von mindestens einer weiteren Person bewohnt. Leider ist dies nun schon das zweite Mal, dass uns verschwiegen wurde, dass wir nicht die alleinigen Bewohner des Ferienhauses sind. Das ist außerordentlich ärgerlich, wenn man gezielt nach einem Haus sucht, um absolute Privatsphäre genießen zu können...

「Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.」
