The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a neighborhood setting, yet close to the main attractions. 5 minute walk to the Free Vail Bus. Over a dozen Vail ski lifts are within a 15-minute drive, putting you right in the middle of some of the best skiing in the country. Visit the Vail Nordic Center (8 minutes) with numerous cross-country and snowshoeing trails.
Summer guests also have easy access to the community pool and the famous trails of Big Horn Creek, Deluge Creek, and Booth Falls, as well as outdoor activities like fishing, kayaking, and rafting on the Eagle River, just 11 miles west.
Getting Around:
Hop on the complimentary, year-round bus and in 15 minutes, you’re at the world-class Vail Ski Mountain. Its also located just minutes from excellent golf courses, hiking and the Vail Nordic Center for cross-country skiing.
Other Things to Note:
The community pool is seasonal and closed for the winter.
There is not a grill on site for guest use. The HOA does not allow grills to be brought into the community, so unfortunately, there is not a grill available for guest use. **No grills or open flames are allowed anywhere on the property or grounds. No candles, incense, or other open flames inside the condo. The restrictions about grills/open flames are due to the risk of wildfires and insurance requirements for the HOA; This restriction excludes the indoor fireplace. All ashes must be cooled and disposed of in the metal container inside the trash can shed.
*Please do not remove furniture or other items from the condo or move or rearrange the furniture inside or outside the condo.
