"Great property - the executive lounge access was well worth it. We would stay here again. A little challenge with English support, but staff always found someone. Room is clean and quality. Great for access to the Chimelong parks. 10 min taxi ride, and lots of dining options for dinner in the connected shopping mall."

I booked through Expedia but they said I’m the first customer who booked through Expedia and they couldn’t check me in. I need to use their phone to call Expedia in order to fix it.
