"We enjoyed our stay at the Artezen Hotel. Parking was a little tricky but we managed to find street parking nearby. The area is very walkable. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly, we were surprised to find out that they did not offer room service though. "

"We traveled as a family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults) to NYC for the week and this hotel was such a great find! The rooms are very clean, pretty spacious, and the sofa bed was separated from the main bed allowing the kids their own space and TV. The included breakfast vouchers were amazing and the food was all to restaurant quality and presentation which was a very unexpected bonus! The staff were all friendly and helped with any queries. "With being just footsteps from Time Square, I was surprised to find Hotel St. James be so affordable. The staff was courteous and kind. The property and room was clean. The only negative comment I have is hearing the ambient sounds of the city when I was sleeping at night, but I was staying in NYC, so I can’t fault the hotel for that lol. I would definitely stay here again should I return to New York in the future."

"I recently stayed at the Club Quarters Hotel, World Trade Center, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is unbeatable — right in Lower Manhattan with stunning views of the World Trade Center and close to multiple subway lines, which makes getting around the city super convenient.
