「This is my second stay at this hotel (the first stay was in 2020). They prepared the annex which is a bit far from main building. It is just 2-3minutes, but the restaurant and bar is at the main. (I don't know how is in the main building, but) the room of annex have no mosquito net even in Zanzibar (they said it is OK to other customers... really?). So, I needed to turn on air conditioner all time, and it made me shivering all night (air conditioner worked good enough). I wonder you can spend...

「Staffs were very friendly and we stayed very comfortably. Thank you very much. On the other hand, we had to reserve some restaurants for dinner and they were almost full every day. It was very difficult to reserve them. We hope to improve this situation.」

「This was a wonderful vacation experience. I would have rated my stay higher if not for the construction work being done on the north side of the property. It was very loud, and quite a scenic takeaway, considering that I booked a room with a balcony and ocean view. Aside from this let down, the staff, events, food, and overall property were lovely.」

「I have travel to many beach resorts. By far this was the best place I have stayed at. What made the stay fun and enjoyable was the staff. Every employee was friendly and outgoing. The front desk was very helpful. Answered any question and was helpful. I could name people but it would be to many, everyone was great. Would love to come back one day. 」

「田舎ですが、何もない事が最高。部屋は広く、ホテル目の前のビーチはほぼ貸し切り。食事も2食付きなので、ホテルでゆっくりできます。ホテルのごはんに飽きればタクシーで10分くらいのパジェにある何軒もあるホテルやバンガローでご飯を食べるのも良い。ホテルの方もみな親切で、リラックスして過ごせるのでとてもお勧めです。」

「Really impressed with how the reception handles issues. Room cleaning was really on point daily just that if you forget to turn notice from make my room up to do not disturb, the housekeeper will keep banging the door.. Aside that it’s a good place to stay. 」

「残念ながら満足のいくホテルではありませんでした。お湯が出なくなったり、トイレの水が流れなくなったり、水回りから虫が湧いたり、と色々なことが起こりましたが、それぞれ修理のタイミングが残念なほど遅く、次に選ぶことは無いかな、という感想です。」
