「フロントの対応はとてもフレンドリーで安心。ところが部屋のシャワールームに換気扇がなく廊下側の窓が開いていました。そのためシャワールームや部屋に虫、特に蚊が合計7匹もいてとても不快でした。小さな子供もいたため、虫を全て駆除するまで1時間以上かかりとても大変でした。窓が開いているのでトイレの音も、部屋での会話も、廊下に漏れてしまいます。」

「My stay was amazing. Simply amazing. The only comments I may have are for the staff to please fix the toilet seats in the unit. Otherwise, what an amazing stay. The pool was so clean ❤️」

「The place is amazing, right on the beach with stunning views Well furnished and has AC in each room and the lounge. Kitchen has most amenities you will need. There's a parking garage in the shade for your car and in case you didn't want to swim in the beach, there's a pool on the fifth floor. Cleaning is done daily for an hour except sundays and beach towels were provided. Definitely will come back when I'm visiting Durban」

「The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!」

「Thank you so much for the most amazing stay. The apartment definitely has the most unbelievable views of Umdloti. Waking up to the gorgeous sunrise watched from the comfort of the master bedroom is certainly something to behold. We will most definitely be back in the near future.」

「The view and location was absolutely fabulous. The cleaning staff was really helpful and friendly. Beach, supermarkets and restaurants were all in walking distance. I will definitely come back. 」

「More than we expected in every way. We were 2 adults, 2 children. We only stayed one night waiting for a flight, but could easily picture staying for a week or even more. The only improvement suggestion I would have is to put more things into the kitchen. Things like creamers for the coffee, a nespresso machine maybe, but it's not a must.」

「The apartment was clean but the actual beds were disgusting . They were like sleeping on a plank of wood . If one cannot sleep then the you have a terribble night . Paying good money to sleep on a hard piece of wood . This hotel needs to invest in comfortablw beds otherwise they should close down 」

「Very pleased with the room and the surroundings. A suggestion would be to put candles or LED lights in the rooms, or link them to a generator, for loadshedding. With the ongoing crisis, i found the room very dark when i arrived (6.00pm). 」
