This authentic Istrian semi-detached house casa Romantica is part of the Ranch located in the village of Goli Vrh, 8 kilometers from Umag, the leading tourist destination of northwestern Istria. As the only house in this village, it is surrounded by forests and beautiful meadows where sheep and horses graze,which is part of the story of this ranch. The house was built in the 18th century and served the family and their workers who cultivated the surrounding land. This ranch provides a synergy of nature and everyday life:here you can see the production of ECO sheep cheese produced according to a traditional recipe 300 years old and visit a riding school where we provide therapeutic,recreational and professional riding. Casa Romantica was renovated in 2019 in the original Istrian style and offers its guests a high standard of comfort and authenticity. Located on a fenced plot of 1000m2, with a beautiful view of the pastures and landscape, the city and the sea, it offers its guests an open salt pool, an open large terrace with a fireplace for socializing and a covered terrace for rest or dining. Casa Romantica is suitable for 5 +1persons. On the staircase leading to the apartment on two floors, it is shared with the housekeeper. The 85m2 apartment
offers a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a large living room, SAT-TV, Wi-Fi,piano and a large bathroom with a shared shower/toilet and a washing machine. On the upper floor, there is a child-proof fence, two comfortable bedrooms, equipped with mosquito repellent, with a shared shower and toilet, and a room with an infrared sauna with salt combination,all of which is not shared with anyone. The rooms offer infinite views of the sea, the city and the landscape.
The whole part of the house with a large garden you can enjoy swimming in the salt water pool playing volleyball,pink ponka, badbinton, for the youngest there is a playground in the middle of the orchard, relax with a panoramic view of the meadow and horses,and from the rooms an infinite view of the sea and the city and the landscape, new offers a combined INFRARED SAUNA.
