"A really beautiful stay in nature, on the lake and surrounded by the mountains— every morning we wake up to breathtaking natural sights! We opted for glamping so it was a new experience. "We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. "The staff was so friendly and helpful with every aspect. I’m a solo female traveler and I felt really safe even though the town is somewhat off the typical touristic areas. The views and the sunset were amazing! The room was gorgeous and very posh feeling without the price tag. It really felt like I was a part of their world. I had incredible food, the best massages ever and I slept like I had not in years. Can I give a 20 out of 10? "

"Staff was trying their best, but seemed uneducated in hospitality. Barging into my villa without even knocking is never appropriate. The whole place seems to be under renovation and should be closed. Breakfast was ok, but the staff didn't understand to keep the items hot, just left the lids open. Dinner was a very limited emergency selection in a 2 hour window. I checked out a day early and moved on... "
