「Great experience and kind staff. Although there are some power outages in Odesa the city is relatively safe. 」

「When I arrived at this hostel, it was my fault that it was earlier than the check-in time. He, Ukrainian taxi driver negotiated with me, but I was rejected as well. So I had to take another hostel.」

「ロングステイになるので、部屋の環境はとても大切。行く前に「窓有り！」と確認して行ったが、部屋の壁に窓はなく、スタッフに聞いたところ、「手の届かない天窓を指し、窓はあれだ！」と答えられた。こちらは、「あれは、窓ではなく屋根だろ！」とかえしたが、お話にならなかった。「窓のある部屋に変えてくれ」と言ったところ、「他に部屋は無い。」と取り付く島もない状態。仕方なく滞在したが、終日閉塞感に悩まされた。行く前にわざわざ問合わせているのだから、確かな回答をして欲しかった。「利用者が簡単に開け閉め出来ない天窓を窓有り！」と表記するのは止めて頂きたい。」

「I went to the address in Expedia, but there was no hostel. I asked ‘Where’s Hostel Leo?’ to nearby workers, then their answer was ‘It’s closed, sorry.’. I disappointed with angry. Of course I concern about the situation of Ukraine, therefore I lost stay 2 times.」
