「My booking was canceled by the owner while I was on my transit. Moreover, since she didn’t have me stayed or “called deleted my booking”, I never got my booking money back yet. Not from the owner and not from the Travelocity. It was a ripoff my money from Travelocity and Friends forever place! I did send a message to Travelocity city to refund my money as I didn’t able to stay there. No response yet! I want money back now!!! Stop ripping off people money with false promises! 」

「I really like the location and vibe, except the loud 1980s music was annoying. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The food downstairs at Druzi Cafe was very delicious, but a bit pricey. However, their lattes were lukewarm and served in a soda glass with a straw. Definitely weird… Unfortunately, during my entire 5-night stay there, my room was not cleaned a single time, and my sheets and towel were never replaced. In addition something bit the heck out of me. My back and ankles...

「Very nice and clean hostel with modern features in the heart of the city! Excellent location close to everything (a few min walk to the nearest metro station "Arkhitektora Beketova", 10 min walk to the Opera House and Schevchenko Park, there are also a few fast food restaurants including McDonald's nearby). The hostel staff was friendly and helpful and the price per night was very reasonable! I've stayed at many hostels in Europe and Asia and this one is one of the best!」

「地下鉄駅から徒歩10分、古いマンションの20階の95号室です。管理人はウクライナ人のママさんで英語は話せません。話をするときはスマホの翻訳アプリを使用します。室内は土禁なのとママさんが毎日掃除しているのでとても綺麗です。キッチンも広く調理器具、食器は全て揃っています。ドミトリーは8人部屋ですが、この時は3人しか先客がいませんでした。部屋はとても広くソファーもあり、エアコンも各部屋に完備されています。宿泊費ですが必ず現金で現地払いにしてください。」

「Trotz bestätigte Reservierung war das Zimmer nicht verfügbar. Ich sollte dann einen sehr hohen Betrag zahlen, dass ich ein anderes Zimmer bekomme, weil angeblich eben mit der Buchungsplattform über die ich gebucht habe, nicht mehr kooperiert wird. Die Buchungsplattform sagt genau das Gegenteil, dass die Hotels Bei Ihnen inserieren . Letztendlich musste ich leider aufgrund der Unfähigkeit des Hotels auf der Straße schlafen. Und das im Kriegsgebiet.! Herzlichen Dank an das Hotel und ich empfehle...

「現地で病気になってしまい入院。退院後にも宿泊した。部屋は狭いが清掃が毎日入り清潔。トイレも綺麗で紙の補充も頻繁。シーツ、枕カバー、バスタオルがもらえる。キッチンもあり電子レンジが使えます。滞在中自炊してました。フロントで英語は通じません。駅やバスターミナルが近く立地も良いです。価格に見合う良い宿だと思います。」
