Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall - Skiing, tubing nearby. Country Thunder annual Concert 3.5 miles. Lake Mary access at the end of the street!! Dogs welcome. Quaint cottage home with a coach house for extra fee for your extra guests. Near Wild Child's Bar Restaurant & many others. Tom's Straw Hat (Dairy Queen) just a short walk in the summer. Comforts include fireplace, beach towels, outdoor gas grill and gas fire pit on open deck. Small dog friendly - fence has an overlay of netting covering the white picket fence.

Walk to restaurants, plant/gift shop, antiques and art shop.

Backyard is private but maybe shared by coach house if there is a guest in the coach house.

Other things to note

Nice cottage with all the comforts of home and more!
Nice cottage and a great location, beautiful bathroom and kitchen and lots of other comforts like blankets, pillows towels, etc. Easy access to both lakes, parks, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely visit again.

Renters beware!
It has uneven floors. Beds are old & uncomfortable. 1 of the room doors won’t stay shut & keeps rolling back. That wall has crack that goes about 1/2 way down the wall. U can only use the side door 2 get n or out. The front door n the enclosed porch is cluttered w/ junk: dressers, light bulbs, blankets, games, small appliances, just n piles covered w/blankets. On day 3 of the stay, the water stopped working while I was n the shower. I texted the “super host.” She was nothing but rude & insensitive. No concern I was stuck in a waterless shower; in need of water 2 rinse off. She never once offered 2 bring me water, or apologize for any inconvenience. No offer of partial refund or any compensation for this inconvenience. She was rude in text stating that I could use the ice cold water n the Britta filter n the fridge. I ended up using the water I brought for my dog. Heating it up & cup by cup I rinsed out my hair & used the rest 2 rinse off the soap. If I didn’t have my dogs water I would have sat there, 3 hours n the towel, waiting for the plumber 2 fix the issue. What this host charges for this dump it should be n better condition. For Example, no dying plants on the counter. There should be clear exit routes and there shouldn’t be expired food n the fridge or cabinets. Dishes should be clean & ready 2 use. I understand things happen out of our control. This host could have made this a little less humiliating & perhaps treat her guests like the humans they are!
