Found access to rooms very easy parking was excellent. The furniture the appliances made it quite easy to cook a meal. The furnishing and the bedlinen and the towels were excellent. And the apartment was very clean.

Nice property in a lovely location. However, customer service was absolutely terrible! Had an issue in our room and they did not seem in the slightest interested in helping us to resolve. Even after consulting with the manager, he didn’t even try to help. Getting a taxi was also difficult and again staff seemed reluctant to help. Also, most on site facilities seemed closed. We understand it was off season but there was no warning of this before arrival. Only interested in your money and not your experience. Would never stay there again

Our stay coincided with an extreme weather event, the staff were very helpful and supportive. My room was lovely, so many doors to the balcony, full kitchen, and a large en-suite. Would recommend and would love to stay again in better weather.
