"My experience in Florence was nothing short of amazing thanks to 7Florence and their staff. Prior to even entering the establishment Alessia showed outstanding hospitality. Alessia as well as the other staff members made sure that we were able to get to the shopping areas, see the main attractions and go on a wine tour! 7Florence is definitely a 10/10 and I will return for my next trip to Florence. "Florence Old Bridge was an easy check in procedure. You had to check in at Hotel La Scaletta. They were very good with communication and accommodating our early arrival. They recommended a parking garage nearby in which you can make reservations ahead of time. It was not a far walk from the historical center. Overall, good experience. "

"The location was great , the decor was super and the breakfast was good. The one drawback which is not widely mentioned which is an issue is that the square outside the hotel is a market which is taken down each night, and then buskers play at night. The problem is that they then set the market up from scratch starting at 4 am, so the chances of sleeping (with the shouting and banging) is zero."

Restaurant on site was elegant with good variety of menu items, though a little pricey as expected. Quality of food was above average but not excellent as expected. "The location of this property couldn’t be beat. It’s in the heart of Florence so everything is accessible. My only gripe is that in the Expedia site it says Breakfast included. It should say “continental breakfast” as all the bookings I make have to include breakfast and it was quite a disappointment. There was coffee you could make, orange juice and two bread rolls with jam available."
