Beautiful remodeled condo centrally located in Tuscaloosa. New paint and carpet in 2024 and furnished in a contemporary style. Home has great amenities such as smart TV's in each bedroom, a Keurig and coffee maker, stainless steel appliances in kitchen & outdoor gas grills. Condo is located on the 1st floor. Additional units available for rent. 1st floor unit. Message for discounts over 3 days and flexible check in/out.

Cozy Condo
Finding an accommodating property last minute can be a nightmare. I was overjoyed when I discovered this property had become available as a new rental. Despite my hotel perks and advantage points, this stay was more reasonably priced than renting a hotel room.The complex is gated and situated right off the river, providing an ideal location. We were close to all activities without the hustle and bustle of downtown. The farmers market and riverwalk are within a 10-minute drive from the property.The condo felt cozy and inviting, just like the pictures and description portrayed. The bedding was made for comfort and relaxation, and it was the highlight of returning at days end.Jennifer, our host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She quickly addressed all my concerns, especially since I had made a last-minute reservation. To ensure a smooth entry, she had someone test our codes and room keys before our arrival. This was a huge relief, as we had encountered issues with late arrivals in the past.If we ever find ourselves in this area again, I would definitely stay here. It’s a great home away from home.Thank you so much, Jennifer! We had an amazing stay.
